After last Sunday’s Aldi debacle, I figured getting dinner on the table this past week could be a challenge. I was pleasantly surprised that it really wasn’t too bad. Things got a little tougher towards the end of the week but I think it showed me that keeping it simple is always a winning strategy. Simple pasta dishes and sandwiches will keep everyone’s belly full as well as something with a million ingredients and 2 million steps.
We still haven’t gotten our replacement debit cards (thanks for the urgency local credit union) so we decided to hit up Kroger after church for a few things we had to have to get us through the next couple days. It made me realize how much I’ve grown accustomed to shopping at Aldi and has inspired a new post for me.
It was a busy weekend and this is my first chunk of time at the computer so I’m gonna keep this short & sweet and just share the plan for dinners. Breakfast and lunches don’t change much around here so it feels a bit redundant.
