Menu Plan Monday, August 15

I’m on the ball this week! Not only do I have my menu plan done for the week, I have the blog post up too!!! In all honesty, the meal plan wasn’t too hard because I used all of my e-mealz plan but one day. Plus, I stole one of the dinners for tonight (grilled garlic & herb chicken).

Dinners:
Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
Slow-Cooker Stroganoff
Mexican Casserole
Cheeseburger Sliders
Pork Chops
Sunday – Cookout at Keith’s boss’ house!

Breakfasts:
Overnight Oats
Cereal/Yogurt Mix
Oatmeal

Lunches:
Leftovers
Sandwiches
Salad Bar in a Box

That’s my plan for the week…what do you have on deck?

Menu Plan for June 6-12

I <3 Emealz

As much as I’d love to think I can do it all myself, there’s just not enough hours in the day. So after hearing about e-mealz and taking a peek at some sample menus, I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. For basically $1.25 per week, I get 7 days of dinners & sides planned with the grocery list and recipes/instructions.

To have someone take one thing off my plate by just telling me what to put on my plate is well worth that $1.25/week!!

So for this week we’ve got:

Layered Supper Salad
Beef Tacos
Balsamic Pork Chops (stepping outside the beef and chicken box!)
Beef Stroganoff with Noodles
Coconut Shrimp Bake (also outside my comfort zone)
Cream Cheese Chicken Pockets

I’m still keeping breakfasts & lunches super simple with yogurt & cereal or overnight oats in the morning and PB&J or turkey/chicken sandwiches for lunch.

*I was not asked to gush about e-mealz. They don’t know I exist. I just think its a great, affordable service and wanted to share!! The links above are affiliate links so I will earn a bit if you purchase through them.

Menu Plan for May 23 – 29 & Giveaway Winner!!!

I’m straying from my E-MEALZ plan for this week. Keith and I had an awesome getaway this weekend and while I don’t regret it one bit, I do feel like I need to be super thrifty this week to make up for it a little. That means I’m hoping to shop my pantry and not need a trip to the store!!

Here’s what I’ve got in mind:

Cheesy Salsa Mini Meatloaves – Keith will most likely be working late so these will be easy enough to warm up when he gets home.
Easy Parmesan Chicken Fingers – Can’t get much easier than this!!
Tuna Casserole – Keith requested this and its been awhile!
Pizza – Brooke and I make our crust in the breadmaker and we keep the toppings simple!
Leftover Pasta – From our romantic dinner at Maggiano’s Saturday night. Loved that they give you a take home pasta!!
Brinner – Breakfast at dinner time!!

I’m keeping breakfasts & lunches simple too. Breakfasts will either be pancakes that I’d made in big batches and froze or overnight oats. When I’m not having leftovers for lunch, I’ll be doing either PB&J or turkey & cheese sandwiches.

And now for the winner of the Betty Crocker Loaded Mashed Potatoes Prize Pack giveaway through My Blog Spark.
