Hello and Welcome to Tired Mommy Tales!
I’m Sarah, the resident Tired Mommy. I’m a wife and momma to two girls. I’m a full-time working momma. I’ve worked for the same company in different versions of the same job for 13 years. For the past 2 years, I’ve had the opportunity to telecommute and that has been a Godsend!
Being a working momma is by-far not my first choice. But since my family likes to eat and use electricity, it’s what I do. It does not come easily to me and is a constant struggle to make it all work. Fortunately, my husband is a fantastic partner in life who picks up the pieces I leave behind and keeps the household running.
My goal for Tired Mommy Tales is to be a safe space for moms. We’re all doing the best we can and sometimes that means different things for different women. Some of us need to spend a few extra dollars to save time & sanity while some need to pinch every penny even if it means a little extra work. Some of us are at our best pursuing our passion in the job force where others are happier doing to the often thankless work of a stay-at-home mom.
Tired Mommy Tales is for all of us.
Hi, Impact
Hi,
You won one of the $5 Dinner Cookbooks! Congrats! Can you please email me to confirm?
We’d love to have you join our parents network. Can I send you an invitation?
Sarah, I completely understand wanting more time to pursue hobbies. I have heaps of scrapbook content to get to, as well as jewelry and knitting projects to get underway. I guess that’s motherhood, isn’t it? The To Do list is long enough that we often never make it to these things relegated to the bottom of the list.
I’m happy to discover your blog through the Mom Pledge community. If you haven’t looked into this already, you might want to consider installing the Google Friend Connect widget. It’s a useful tool for connecting with fellow bloggers and fans. Happy blogging!

I found you when I googled ‘car seat safety’ and a pic of your baby girl came up-love the bubble 🙂 I just did a post on car seat safety and am thinking about getting my certification, as it is near and dear to me, too. It’s scary how many improperly installed car seats there are out there!
Check it out when you get a chance!

Hope that’s ok.
